MenuCard is a restaurant programme that gives up to 30% discount on an entire bill when you pay via MenuCard app. MenuCard partners with over 150 restaurants in Denmark, ranging from Michelin-starred to cafés and sushi places. The app gives a quick overview over the restaurants in the programme and current discounts.
To get MenuCard discount, please follow these steps: 1. Find a dining place in MenuCard app or on MenuCard website.
2. Visit the place and enjoy your dinner.
3. Pay via MenuCard app. It is very easy - you just need to find your dining place and press 'Pay now'. Then enter the full amount from the bill - discount will be seen in the app and deducted before your payment. Just always remember to inform a waiter about your wish to pay via MenuCard.
For Windows Phone users: you can also easily pay your bill and get a discount - please use our web payment solution.

You do not need to book a table in advance in order to get MenuCard discount. However, we recommend you to book a table as it grants you a definite placement at a restaurant.
The discount applies on the entire bill - included drinks. Please note that special priced menus/offers cannot be combined with the MenuCard discount. If it is a case, this information will be listed on the restaurant profile on our website.
You can reset your password by clicking ”Forgot your password?” when signing in. You can find this option on both the app and the website. After you clicked ”Forgot your password?”, you will get an email with instructions - please follow them.

Please describe situation (e.g. the name of the restaurant, date and time of your visit, your experience and etc.) and we will help you as soon as possible.
It is free of charge for employees of companies that have an agreement with MenuCard.
If you do not wish to receive emails from MenuCard, you can unsubscribe by clicking on a link "afmeld" or "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the emails you receive from us
Satisfied members are very important to us - please contact us if there is anything that we can do differently to give you a better experience. Do you still want to opt out of MenuCard, this can be done via the contact form on www.menucard.dk or by writing to email@example.com. Remember to enclose: the e-mail address that you registered with, full name, address and if possible, membership number.
If you have money in MenuCard profile from re-payments, gift cards, etc., you can get it paid up to 1 year after your subscription with MenuCard expires. The amount will be transferred to any account you wish.
How should do it? You can choose from 2 options:
1. You should fill in a standard form for paying back money and mail it to MenuCard
2. Contact MenuCard by calling +45 31316464 (weekdays 10:00 to 17:00) or writing an email to firstname.lastname@example.org - our colleagues will help you and send you the required form to fill in. You can also find this form here.
In the form please write your name, membership number and together with supporting documentation (copy of photo ID) send to: email@example.com. MenuCard will as soon as possible and no later than 5 days after receiving the form transfer money to the requested account.
Following fees apply when you pay your bill with MenuCard:
Dankort and Dankort VISA - no fees
Danish credit cards and debit cards (i.e. MasterCard) - 1.50% min. 0.70 DKK per transaction.
Foreign credit cards and debit cards - 2.95% min. 1.95 DKK per transaction.
The fee goes directly to NETS. MenuCard does not earn money on fees.
